Shipping & Delivery
Where we deliver, how long it takes, and what it costs.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 2 PM IST on a working day are packed and dispatched within 48 hours. Custom boxes with a gift message take the same time — the message is printed in-house.
Delivery time
Metro cities: 2–4 working days. Other cities and towns: 4–7 working days. Remote pin codes can take a little longer, and we will tell you if yours is one of them before you pay.
Charges
Delivery is free on orders above ₹1,500. Below that a flat ₹79 applies anywhere in India.
Tracking
You will get a tracking link by email and SMS the moment the box leaves us. If a courier marks something delivered and it has not arrived, write to us and we will chase it.
